TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you hereby read and agree to my T.O.S.

Section 1 - Service
-One slot per person! You can buy a custom slot and an art slot, but you cannot buy multiple art/custom slots at a time.

-I have the right to refuse service! I will not draw racist, homophobic, offensive or otherwise controversial artwork. I will not draw nsfw. I will not tolerate being harassed or threatened in any way, and doing so will result in you being permanently blacklisted.

-No deadlines! Once I start on your commission, I will try my best to finish it as soon as I possibly can. However, drawing takes time! Your commission may take a while to finish, and it will probably take a while to start as well! You can check your position on the queue, but do not attempt to set a deadline for your art.

Section 2 - Usage
-Do not resell my art! I am okay with you commissioning me for art of your oc and then selling the character. However, do not buy my art just to turn around and sell it to someone else at a higher price, do not buy my art to make it into keychains and sell them, and do not buy my art to make it into an NFT.
-If the art was not made for you, don't use it! I don't want to see any art of mine that you didn't commission (or get commissioned for you by a friend) reposted without credit or used as a profile picture without permission from the owner of the character. It is disrespectful.

Section 3 - Payment
-No refunds! During my process I will send you progress reports and check in with you so that I can revise anything you do not like before it's permanent. I do not continue until you confirm that you're satisfied with the way it's turning out. If you don't mention something you don't like, it's your own fault. I will not remake or refund it for you after you already confirmed that you were satisfied with it.

-You must pay once I show you the sketch and ask for any revision requests you may have.

-Payment must be through Paypal only.

Section 4 - Payment
-Almost all revisions are allowed for free, but if you want me to change the character i'm drawing when i've already started the sketch of the one you originally asked for, I am going to charge an extra 5 dollars!

-If you're planning on printing the artwork i make for you and need the file to be a certain size, tell me beforehand! Zooming a picture in or out after it's been finished already may lower the quality of the image, and I'm not going to redraw the whole thing after it's already been finished!

-Your contact information MUST BE ACTIVE, as communication is crucial for the artwork process! I can communicate to you through Twitter or Discord at the moment (there will be more ways to contact me in the future)!

If you do not agree to these Terms, then you are not allowed to commission me.
T.O.S is subject to change without notice. Some exceptions may apply.
